Spending of donated funds is confined to programs and projects approved by the West Park Baptist Church (the Council), as provided for in the West Park Baptist Church budget, and as may be otherwise authorized by the West Park Baptist Church (the Council) in accordance with the By-laws. Should a donor wish to designate a contribution for use in a particular program or project, West Park Baptist Church will honour that designation, with the understanding that:
1) The Council reserves the right to seek the consent of the donor, if known, to use the donated funds for an alternate charitable purpose or, alternatively, to decline the gift and return the funds to the donor; or
2) When the donor is unknown or cannot be located within a reasonable time using reasonable efforts, the donated funds will be used for other charitable purposes of West Park Baptist Church where most needed as determined by the Council.
